Over 50 years of Professional Engineering

Formed over 50 years ago, Metool Co. Ltd. has evolved into a company with a broad ranging capacity of sub contract services which we use to deliver to a wide variety of customers and industries.

We are located in Royton, Oldham and our facilities are housed in a 35000 sq.ft, custom built factory unit.

Due to continued heavy investment we are equipped with the very latest in engineering technology including laser profiling, CNC Tube forming, fabricating and numerous CNC capabilities giving us the ability to provide a one stop shop solution for customers in various industries

Our Capacity

24/7 punching available on our Amada punch press. Cost effective processes on mild steel up to 3mm thickness.

Tube manipulation up to 3” diameter and we are able to form parts with up to 3 centre line radii and rolling in 1 set up.

High quality welding services including MIG Welding, Tig Welding, ARC Welding, Brazing and Stud & Spot.

Full range of professional, efficient, and cost-effective testing and inspection services.

Laser profiling in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium. We can cut mild steel up to 16mm on our 6kw FIBRE laser and 10mm thickness on stainless steel.

(up to 80 tons)

Wire eroding up to 600 x 400mm with a maximum cutting thickness of 300mm.
